Menopause, including perimenopause and post-menopause, is a natural transition, but it can have a significant impact on both physical and emotional wellbeing. In my sessions, I offer a supportive and understanding approach to managing the mental and emotional challenges of menopause. I help clients understand how stress affects the brain and nervous system, and teach practical techniques to reduce stress and improve sleep. Many people notice improvements in mood, resilience, and overall wellbeing. Guided relaxation and visualisation techniques can also help to calm the nervous system and support the management of symptoms such as anxiety and hot flushes.

How many sessions will I need?

We can discuss this your introduction call or first session. The number of sessions you need will vary. Everybody is different. On average people have between 6 and 12 sessions.

Sessions cost £70 for an hour, or £360 if you book a block of 6 (£60 per session).
