Online Hypnotherapy
Online hypnotherapy sessions allow you to receive the help you need from the comfort of your own home, whether you live 1 mile away or 1,000 miles away.
For many, being at home provides a more familiar and comforting environment, making it easier to relax and reach a deeper state of hypnosis while resting on their sofa or bed.
All you need is a reliable Wi-Fi connection, a laptop or tablet with a built-in video camera or webcam, and a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed.
The session will be very similar to an in-person one. In the first half, we’ll focus on solution-based work—discussing what’s going well and helping you clarify your goals. Together, we’ll plan, visualise, and empower you to achieve those goals.
In the second half, you can move to your bed or sofa for deep, restorative relaxation. You’ll have time to get really comfortable before I guide you through a hypnosis session that reinforces the work we’ve done. This helps lower your stress levels, leaving you feeling calmer, more positive, and more energised for what lies ahead.
You’ll always remain in control. Even if you fall asleep or drift into a dreamlike state, your subconscious mind will continue to listen and will bring you back if needed.
Each session lasts about an hour, although I always allow a bit of extra time in case you experience any technical difficulties—especially in the first few sessions. Most phones have video call capabilities, so if necessary, we can use your phone as a backup.
For some, working online is second nature, while for others it can feel unfamiliar or stressful. My aim is to make accessing your sessions as stress-free as possible, and I’m always here to guide you through the process—with a bit of humour thrown in!
