Confidence and Self-Esteem
Confidence and self-esteem are about how we see ourselves and how capable we feel in the world. Confidence is often about trusting yourself in particular situations, while self-esteem is the deeper sense of self-worth underneath. When these are low, people may doubt themselves, avoid opportunities, struggle to speak up, or feel “not good enough”.
Over time, unhelpful patterns of negative self-talk can take hold, affecting relationships, work, decision-making, and overall wellbeing, and often contributing to anxiety or low mood.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help by calming the nervous system and gently shifting these unhelpful thought patterns. Through solution-focused conversations and guided relaxation, I support clients to reconnect with their strengths, build self-belief, and develop a more balanced and compassionate view of themselves. How many sessions will I need?
We can discuss this your introduction call or first session. The number of sessions you need will vary. Everybody is different. On average people have between 6 and 12 sessions.
Sessions cost £70 for an hour, or £360 if you book a block of 6 (£60 per session).
